Refund & Cancellation Policy

Captions subscriptions (Starter, Pro)

• You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If you are unhappy with your first payment, email us within 7 days and we will refund it, as long as you have used no more than 30 minutes of the plan's allowance.
• Renewal payments are not refunded after they are charged, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.

Plugins (Quickbar Pro and other plugins)

• Plugins are one-time purchases for a digital licence. If the plugin does not work on your system and we cannot fix it, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Because a licence key is delivered instantly, we may decline a refund when the key has been shared, or used on more devices than the plan allows.
• Refunding a licence deactivates its key and removes its devices.

Coupons

If you paid with a coupon, a refund returns only the amount you actually paid. Used coupons are not reissued.

Duplicate or wrong charges

If you were charged twice or for something you did not order, tell us and we will correct it straight away.

How to ask

Email hello@tryeditr.com from the address on your account and include your order details. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law.
