Create an SRT subtitle file from your video
An SRT file is the standard subtitle format that YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and most players accept. Editr writes one for you from your video's speech, lets you correct it, and downloads it in one click.
Why use Editr
Real timing
Each caption has an accurate start and end time based on when the words were spoken.
Edit before you export
Correct words and adjust timing, then export when it looks right.
More formats
Besides SRT you can download VTT for the web, ASS to keep colours, TXT and JSON.
Import and fix
Already have an SRT? Import it, fix it and export it again.

- 1Add your video in the studio.
- 2Click Auto-captions and generate.
